Yes. Every listing is a single stone or a single parcel, photographed here. When it sells, the listing comes down.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. The ones we cut on our own laps carry a Cut in house mark, and you can filter for them. The rest we buy finished from cutters here on the island and pick by hand. Either way the workshop is ours, so if a stone isn't quite how you want it we can recut it to your spec before it ships, or change the shape entirely.

Yes, any stone, no charge. Send us the code or just the link to the listing and we'll take more photos, or a short video turning it under the light so you can see how it moves. No obligation to buy afterwards.

Not close. What you see here is only what we have photographed and listed so far, and we hold a lot more in stock. If we don't have what you're after we can source it for you. Tell us what you need and we'll go looking.

We put stones up as soon as they're photographed, and we work through pricing a parcel at a time. If a listing says Price on request it just means we haven't got to that one yet. Add it to your quote list, send the list, and you'll have a real number back within 48 hours.

Every listing says so. Where a stone has been heated we state it plainly and we can tell you what was done. Nothing is sold as natural if it has been treated.

Yes. Any stone here can be recut before it ships: calibrated to an exact millimetre size, given a better make, reshaped, or have a chip taken out. Tick recut on the listing and tell us what you need. We quote the work once we know what's involved, and nothing is paid until you're happy with the number.

Yes. A ring, a pendant, earrings, whatever you have in mind, made here around the stone you picked. Sterling silver 925, or 9k, 14k and 18k gold. Tick set into jewellery on the listing and tell us the piece, the metal and roughly what you want to spend. Every piece is different, so we quote it rather than price it off a list.

Yes. Tick the box on the listing and we'll have the stone reported by a reputable Sri Lankan lab before it ships. On higher value stones we'd tell you to take it.

Two ways. EMS is $80, insured for the full value, tracked out of Colombo and signed for at your door, usually 7 to 14 days. FedEx is $200, insured for the full value, one courier the whole way, usually 3 to 5 days. You get the tracking number the day the parcel leaves. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are yours to pay.
