I was incredibly impressed with your ability to cut these stones for optimum beauty, artistry, and clarity — especially given the fact that these were stones previously rejected by another gem cutter, because they said they were too fractured or cracked to cut. Now I have beautiful, faceted stones I can use or give away as gifts instead of just the raw minerals. Your prices were much less expensive. I have already recommended your services to a friend who joined me on our sapphire dig last year.

The work they did for the stones I sent them was absolutely beautiful. A good majority of my stones I thought were lost causes but they not only cut them but saved so many that anyone else anywhere else in the world would have just thrown out saying that it wasn't possible. Their pricing is phenomenal and very reasonable for the beauty of the work they performed. The stones were very well packaged for their return trip back. I have many more stones to be cut that I will be sending their way and I'm incredibly satisfied with their work.
I've looked carefully at the other stones and they are very impressive too, especially your artistic cuts. I didn't understand that there were 5 smaller pieces — but even if I was waiting for bigger stones, the result is very nice. Last year I sent rough stones to your lapidary to be cut and I was very happy with them when they arrived back here in the US.
Instead of a rounded cab, I would like to go towards a flatter surface for the Ethiopian Opals. The smaller specimens, please make the same size. Thanks in advance — I was pleased with the work you performed with the last Opals I sent you.
I had mined Montana sapphires years ago and came across several raw stones which I wanted cut and if need be heat treated. Sithy Gems Lapidary took very little to work with and created wonderful cut gems. They are not only professional — like the old days — but kept me immediately abreast of what they were doing. Answered all concerns and were truly caring about me and my treasures. I recommend this company on a scale 1 to 10: a 15+. Oh, and the return time was remarkable.
Skeptically, I sent the rocks in July — the rocks were without shape. He received them one week later and was in communication with me during the process. In less than two weeks, he sent me pictures and video of the gems, which were amazing — high-class, professional faceting. He recommended that I turn them into jewelry, but I was skeptical again. I accepted, and I received a stunning, gorgeous pendant and stud earrings two weeks after. The rest I got as gorgeous loose gems.
